Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Weekends and Holidays: We require 100% pre-payment for rentals. You may reserve your trip with a valid Visa, Discover, Master Card or American Express.
Weekdays: A reservation for canoes, kayaks, and rafts is not required as they are normally available. Large groups are encouraged to call ahead so we may get your equipment ready prior to you trip.
A cancellation received 14 or more days out from date of launch is released from the remaining balance. A deposit of $25 per boat is forfeited though.
The only exception: You will also not be charged if the National Park Service has closed the river due to flooding or if we determine that the water levels are for experienced paddlers only.
All cancellations must be made by phone. We float rain or shine.
